I am a Doula specializing in postpartum care, cannabis coaching and financial well-being for families planning and actively expecting new life. I am ABAR trained, with my personal mantra being to “empower people to empower themselves” and my intention is to assist in building confidence by focusing on mental health during the after birth process. As experience is one of our greatest teachers, I will help navigate through empathy, and understanding for you to feel your best in this new journey.
